The digital camera with exchangeable lenses has a zoom factor. Disadvantage for the constructor or advantage for the photographer. What means this characteristic really?

We assume as size 1 the photo take by a lens mount a camera. If the same lens is mount on a digital camera, the photo take will zoom in with the zoom factor.

The lens is unable to change its characteristics between both equipments. So the light and the image quality crossing the lens are exactly the same in both cases.

When the two cameras are comparing, they are physically the same. Fill with air and a mirror between the lens mount and the sensitive area. The digital camera does not have any device explaining the zoom effect.

Where this effect coming from?

That comes from the size of the sensitive area film a CCD usually is smaller than the 24mm x 36mm of a film. So when both photos are printed, the one token by the digital camera is closer.
